Ayurveda,
integrated
with modern care.

A clinical practice for arthritis, spine, mental health, male fertility, and lifestyle diseases — classical Ayurvedic protocols, structured documentation, integrated diagnostics.

01 — Philosophy

Treat the person,
not the diagnosis.

Ayurveda begins by mapping why the body drifted out of balance — and ends only when daily life has been restructured around the answer.

Prakriti-led

Every consultation begins with your constitutional type — because the same condition rarely needs the same protocol in two different people.

Root-cause first

Symptoms are how the body asks for attention. We trace them back to digestive fire, tissue health, and waste handling — then treat from there.

Sustainable change

Diet, routine, medication, and therapy are sequenced so that progress continues — without disruption — at home, indefinitely.

02 — Specialties

Seven areas of focused clinical care.

Each specialty is built on classical Ayurvedic protocols — adapted to the realities of contemporary urban life in the UAE.

01 / Manas

Mental health & counselling

Anxiety, sleep disturbances, burnout, post-grief states, and family discord — addressed through Medhya Rasayanas, Shirodhara, and structured counselling drawing on classical and contemporary frameworks.

Sattvavajaya · Shirodhara · Counselling
02 / Vrishya

Male infertility

Sperm quality, motility, libido and stress-linked dysfunction — managed through Vajikarana protocols, lifestyle restructuring, and where appropriate, Shodhana before rejuvenation.

Vajikarana · Shodhana · Rasayana
03 / Bala

Autism spectrum support

Family-centred Ayurvedic and behavioural support: sensory regulation, communication-supportive routines, and gentle Medhya protocols designed with caregivers for sustainable practice.

Medhya Rasayana · Family-led care
04 / Sandhi

Arthritis & joint disorders

Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, and post-injury joint pain — through Abhyanga, Patra Pinda Sweda, Janu Basti, and precisely formulated internal medication.

Panchakarma · Lepa · Internals
05 / Sthaulya

Obesity & lifestyle diseases

Metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, fatty liver — addressed through Udwarthana, structured dietary protocols, and graduated movement plans for non-restrictive, lasting change.

Udwarthana · Diet · Movement
06 / Asthi-Majja

Spine & neurological disorders

Cervical and lumbar disc issues, sciatica, post-stroke rehabilitation, and chronic neuropathies — treated through Kati Basti, Greeva Basti, Pizhichil, Navarakizhi, and structured neuro-rehabilitative protocols.

Kati Basti · Pizhichil · Rehab

07 / Swasthavritta

Preventive Ayurveda

Seasonal regimens (Ritucharya), daily routines (Dinacharya), and Rasayana rejuvenation for those who feel well but want to remain that way — for the next thirty years. The most underused branch of Ayurveda.

Ritucharya · Dinacharya · Rasayana · Prevention
03 — Therapies

Authentic Panchakarma
and classical procedures.

Every therapy follows classical preparation, dosage, and duration — performed by trained therapists under direct physician supervision.

08 — FAQ

Before you book.

The questions patients most often ask before their first visit.

Is Ayurvedic medicine safe alongside my regular medication?
In most cases, yes — but the answer is always specific to your medication and condition. We ask for a complete list of your current prescriptions, check for known interactions, and adjust timing or formulation accordingly. We will tell you clearly when something should not be combined.
How long does treatment take to show results?
Acute musculoskeletal pain often improves within one to three weeks. Chronic conditions — arthritis, fertility, mental health — usually need a structured three-month protocol. We give you a realistic timeline at the first consultation.
Do I need to follow a strict diet during treatment?
You will receive a Pathya and Apathya list — tailored to your condition and your life. We do not believe in restrictive plans nobody can sustain. Small, repeatable adjustments are the goal.
Are the medicines manufactured in the UAE?
Most classical formulations are imported from GMP-certified manufacturers in Kerala, India — under full UAE regulatory clearance. Each batch is traceable and documentation is available on request.
Can I consult remotely if I am outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes — particularly for follow-up reviews and counselling. The first consultation is best done in person so a full pulse and tongue examination is possible. For established patients, much of the ongoing work happens remotely.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Your complete list of current medications, any recent investigation reports such as blood work, MRI, or ultrasound, and a brief account of your daily routine — meals, sleep, exercise. The more context you bring, the more specific we can be on day one.

Schedule your first
consultation.

The first visit takes about an hour. Come with your medications, recent investigations, and a willingness to talk about your daily life — that shapes the plan.
